Withdraw / Cancel an Order

Before You Submit a Withdrawal Request

Under European consumer law, most ready-to-ship products may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of delivery.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products that are prepared specifically for your order.

The following products cannot be cancelled or returned:

  • Dyed-to-order yarn and fibre
  • Products dyed, prepared, assembled, or otherwise produced specifically for your order
  • Club subscriptions, mystery clubs, and club boxes
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital and downloadable products

If your order contains only products from the list above, your withdrawal request may be declined.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean that your order is eligible for cancellation or return.
