Cancellations, Pre-orders & Subscriptions

Some products may occasionally be offered as pre-orders, clubs, subscriptions, or other advance-purchase arrangements. The specific terms shown on the product page at the time of purchase form part of your order.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Whether an order can be cancelled depends on the type of product, whether production or preparation has already begun, and any statutory rights that apply to the purchase.

Dyed-to-order, made-to-order, personalized, and other products produced to the customer's specifications may not be eligible for cancellation or withdrawal as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancelling an order is not guaranteed simply because it has not yet shipped.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is a purchase of a product that will be produced, prepared, or made available at a later date.

The estimated production or availability period will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable. These dates are estimates and may change where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect production or availability.

If a pre-order is made or produced specifically to your chosen specifications, cancellation and withdrawal rights may be limited or excluded as permitted by applicable law.

If Undercover Otter is unable to supply a pre-ordered product, we will contact you and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and Clubs

Where a recurring subscription is offered, the price, billing frequency, delivery frequency, duration, renewal terms, and available cancellation method will be shown before purchase.

Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals or charges in accordance with the terms of that subscription. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, produced, or charged.

Products already produced or prepared to your specifications may remain non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Some clubs are sold as individual or fixed-term purchases rather than automatically renewing subscriptions. In those cases, the terms shown on the relevant product page apply.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation of an order or subscription is separate from returning goods after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
