We can only ship orders with a value over 160 euros to the United Kingdom, and offer free shipping to the UK on orders over 250 euros.

We do not charge sales tax on your order, instead this will be handled once your order arrives in the UK.

Unfortunately it is not possible for a small company like Undercover Otter to ship orders with a value under € 160,- to the UK due to the taxation rules the UK has implemented post Brexit. 

We advise our UK customers to either pool their orders with friends, or maybe poke your local yarn shop and ask them if they can stock Undercover Otter 😉

Your customs bureau (HMRC) will require you to pay for taxes and import once the order arrives in the UK. I declare the actual sales value of your purchases on shipping them with the appropriate HS codes. I will not substitute codes, mark parcels as gifts or lower the values (asking me to do so is basically fraud).

Undercover Otter has no control over the amount customs agencies charge you when your order arrives in your country, and we cannot be held liable for these costs. If you refuse a shipment, and it gets returned to Undercover Otter, we can reship or refund your order, though you will have to pay for replacement shipping.
