Processing Times

Orders are shipped within 5-7 workdays of ordering (we're a one clown circus, so sometimes it takes a bit)

Tax Calculations

  • Value Added Taxes is calculated based on your shipping address, and matches your country's VAT rate.
  • Customers from outside the European Economic Area shop tax free at Undercover Otter. This is already reflected in the prices you see on the website.

For UK Customers

  • Orders with a value under 160 Euros can not be shipped due to the UK tax regulations.
  • Orders with a value over 160 Euros are not taxed at Undercover Otter. You will have to pay taxes at the border.

Discounts & Gift Cards

Discount codes and gift cards can be redeemed in the next step during the checkout process.

We do not retroactively apply discounts.
