Customers from outside the European Economic Area shop tax free at Undercover Otter. This is already reflected in the prices you see on the website,

Discount and gift card codes can be redeemed in the next step during the checkout process.

We do not retroactively apply discounts.

Due to UK taxation laws post Brexit, we are unable to ship orders with a value of EUR 160 or less to the UK.

Orders with values over EUR 160 (excl. VAT) do not pay VAT at Undercover Otter. Instead, you will pay VAT once the package arrives in the UK.

Our website prevents the overselling of items that are included in sets, and only have 1 item left of that type.
