Collection: Eventide

Eventide has a vibrant and bold color palette with shades sure to make your next project stand out. Eventide is available on Lace, Fingering and DK yarn bases with a blend of 60% Superwash Merino, 20% Silk and 20% Yak.

The yak adds a deep heathered richness to the base which is enhanced beautifully by the sheen of the silk. We love this yarn for its soft, plush texture which makes it delightful to work with, while the plied construction makes Eventide a little more robust than other yak-silk blends we've tried.

The combination of Superwash Merino, Silk and Yak means that some fiber shedding is normal during the early stages of use (especially while knitting and wearing). This can appear as fuzzing or a halo.

Luckily, this is temporary. As your project is used more and the yarn structure “settles,” the fuzzing usually calms down. In the meantime, you can gently remove any excess fuzz with a gleener or other gabric care device on the lowest setting.
